Hawaiian Shave Ice

KC&J Hawaiian Shave Ice, LLC is the dream of Joyce “Cookie” James that has come to reality. For years she has enjoyed treating her grandchildren to shave ice in the neighborhood whenever they visited in the summer. She then got the idea to make the Shave Ice herself! So in 2016 Joyce, her older brother Keith, and younger brother Jonny did some research, and invested in our first food trailer in Cleveland, Ohio. With the help of their children, it grew into a family business. In 2019, we invested into our second food trailer in Dayton, Ohio. Check our website often to see where in the state we’re going to be!
