Shave ice or Hawaiian shave ice is an ice-based dessert made by shaving a block of ice and flavoring it with syrup and other sweet ingredients. On the Big Island of Hawaii, it is also referred to as “ice shave.” Not to be confused with snow cones, a similar American dessert. Snow cones are made with crushed ice rather than shaved ice. We shave ice, we don’t crush ice! But our Shave Ice does taste like snow: delicious, refreshing snow that melts in your mouth!

Our lemonade is made from scratch with 3 ingredients: Water, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and sugar. It’s perfect. It’s phenomenal. Ask anyone who has had it.

Our funnel cakes are made with a proprietary cake mixture. They’re sweet and flavorful.  They’re fried until they’re golden brown, they’re crispy on the outside and warm and fluffy inside. At your request, we’ll top them with powdered sugar, fresh strawberries and sugar, and whipped cream.

We also sell delicious all beef Nathan’s hot dogs and a variety of chips!
